Copper Layer Conductors

 

These connectors are flexible ones which are formed by multiple copper leafs. These connections are very good conductors of electricity, because of the contact areas is formed by without using any welding material and because of their excellent molecular bonds.

They do not broke as stabil leafs.The pressed contact areas can be drilled ,cut or can be shaped by milling.These contacts especially used in closed areas.

 

Application Areas

 

They can be used in busbar connections,  transformators, generators , rectifiers.

They can also be used as engine & machine connectors on mobile parts of welding machines, as switch connections in electricity pannels, also in robotic connections.
