Standart Design

Manufactured out of highly flexible round stranded copper cables with  wire- Ø  0,10 mm (standart) or 0,30 mm on request. With solderless pressed contact areas made out of uncoated ,seamless E- copper tubes.

 

Contact Areas

Contact areas shaped like a cable lug, so that it is possible to install two cacles to one connection bar.

 

Insulation 

Standart insulation material is a PVC-tube.

Other materials like silicone , glass-fibre- or shrinking tubes etc. on request.Besides this, product length ,drilling size and distance are accomplished as per your request.

 

Special Designs

In special designs, we also deliver contact areas made out of tinned wires in tin, nickel or silver plated designs.
